Martti Lindman was appointed Professor of Concept Leadership at the University of Vaasa on August 1 2003. This is a time-limited professorship with a connection to South Ostrobothnian University Network Epanet , located in Jurva and Seinäjoki and primarily focusing on developing new tools to create and lead innovative product and business concepts applicable within the furniture industry.  |

Product Development The School of Culture and Design is an integrated part of the Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) and the School’s Research and Development Services (User and Concept Research ) are located at the Nikkarikeskus. Research relating to user-centred design is carried out through the development project 5xM. Within product development, changes in the population structure are taken into consideration and attention is also paid to matters regarding lifestyles, cultures , technological developments and new business concepts are being applied. |
